- Sleep: 4 hours
Was stupid and stayed up till 1am watching a (very, very good) movie, then had to get up in the morning for work at 5:30am).
- Weight: n/a until I buy a new scale (~150 last weigh-in at the dr's office)
- Measurements: Last I checked when measuring for a catalog:
- Hips: 38"
- Waist: 32.5"
- Chest: 34"
- Bust: 37"
Chest and bust are about where they ought to be, but even if the boobs don't shrink, the chest & bust measurements may lose as much as an inch because I have a little excess fat along my back.
- Food:
- Breakfast: 1 pkg of 2 cinnamon & sugar PopTarts, eaten at work; a scant bit of water at home to take my calcium and multivitamin pills.
- Lunch: 10pc chicken nuggets, a fruit & yogurt parfait, and a medium rootbeer at McDonalds. About the only time I don't get tea, because they have that crappy fountain-dispensed Lipton pretend-tea instead of an actual tea brewer. But damn their parfaits are yummy -- vanilla yogurt, blueberries, and strawberries.
- Dinner: Shop 'n' Save macaroni & cheese, less than splitting the box (much better than Kraft), 2 hot dogs, and just over half a package of 8oz sliced mushrooms, which were sauteed in 1/4cup butter and a half a dash of soy sauce
- Snacks: none
- Exercise: none
So that's it for my first entry. Just to keep track of stuff. Perhaps I can use it to figure out (perhaps with help from outside eyes) habits I need to change, particularly in the food department. In other words, do I have any specific, bad trends that I need to work on correcting?
