- Sleep: 5.5 hours. Read for about an hour, till midnight, then got up at 5:30 (had to get up then, rather than laze in bed another 15 or 20 minutes).
- Weight: n/a until I buy a new scale
- Measurements: same
- Food:
- Breakfast: A package of 2 PopTarts, eaten at work, and a little water before I left to take my multivitamin & calcium pills.
- Lunch: A roast beef & swiss baguette with au jus, plus a medium iced tea at Arby's.
- Dinner: will update
- Snacks: A free 20oz bottle of water at the bloody Ethics Recommitment.
- Exercise: A little, which consisted of lifting down from shelves, then into my car, 3 14" ceramic plant pots, planting stuff in 'em, then going around to all my plants and watering, red-peppering, and replanting and/or adding soil where needed, my other flowers. In 87F, 72% humidity.
We'll be leaving for vacation in the morning (7am flight!), so I won't be able to update, but I'll try and keep a log of various measurable things while we're gone (food, exercise, sleep) and update the days with them where appropriate.

- Sleep: About 9.5 hours, though I woke up off and on. Much better than the previous two nights, I can definitely say.
- Weight: n/a until I buy a new scale
- Measurements: same, presumably
- Food:
- Breakfast: A donut.
- Lunch: Nothing, really. My donut was so late in the morning (~11am) that there really wasn't time for lunch later.
- Dinner: A ham & cheddar sandwich on wheat bread with dijon mustard, what was probably a triple helping of homemade baklava, and a couple homemade crescent-shaped powdered cookies. And a few small glasses of iced tea a bit later. When you're at a post-funeral gathering, you eat what's available, and to hell with the diet if there's anything yummy. At least I didn't eat the good but probably fattening potato salad, eh? (And the veggies, it turns out, were bad from the get-go and whoever bought the trays should get their money back. Slimy, strong-smelling, and already-turned dip.)
- Snacks: None. Unless one considers what I had for an earlish dinner more snack than dinner. But it was enough for a meal, so...
- Exercise: None. I did a lot of standing around, but nothing physically strenuous.
